Limo Service Reviews

We couldn't have been happier with the service we got from Limo Exchange. We used L. E. on Saturday, July 19, for our daughter's wedding at Winterthur, taking us from the Sheraton in Wilmington to the estate grounds. Our driver was Bill, and he was so friendly and complimentary and most of all patient. His first and second set of passengers were the bride and bride's maids and the parents of the bride and groom. Both groups were late for Bill but nothing phased him. He was terrific. An unsung person was L. E.'s Office Manager, Peggy Palomo. She was very helpful with suggestions when we first engaged the company and 4 days before the wedding when we needed to make adjustments.

Hello Greg,      I just wanted to send you a quick email to let you know how pleased I was with the limo service. Our driver's name was Stacey and she was excellent. She arrived for pick up 5 minutes before she was to be there and was very courteous to all of u. The limo was very clean and one of the nicest ones that I have had the pleasure of riding in. Stacey was willing to take pictures for us and make us feel very comfortable and right at home. Thank you so much for all your help and promptness. I am very pleased with the service that we received and will likely be using your service in the future. Thank you again.

Greg      A very belated, but sincere "Thank You!" for the excellent limo service you provided for our daughter's Senior Prom on Friday, 5/19. I met Dennis when he first arrived at the pick-up location... very nice man.. obviously experienced... and great presentation in his tux. He expressed concern about the tight time-frame we had outlined for after the Prom, but apparently pulled it off with minutes to spare. My daughter and her friends gave him rave reviews.

Hi Gregory,      Further to our conversation this morning, I just got an e-mail from Maura Canzano about her airport experience last night, and I wanted to pass on to you what she said.

"I was starting to have an anxiety attack due to the stupid airport delays (part of the hold-up was that a mechanic took a part off of the cockpit and left with it!). However, the limo driver last night was great and really made up for the awful flight. If there is any way we can send a thank you note or complimentary message to his supervisor, I would love to do that. Although in my muddled state I forgot what his name is..."
